Do I have to create an account to shop online?

  • No. The option to create an account is for convenience. It allows for faster checkout by storing shipping and payment information.

Can I return/exchange items?

  • All sales are final.

How long after purchase will items be shipped?

  • Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.

Can I add to, change, or cancel an order once it has been placed?

  • Once checkout is completed, the order can not be modified. If you want to purchase more items, you will need to place another order.
